4,000 Mile Bike Ride!

Can you imagine riding 4,000 miles across the country??? That’s exactly what the Illini 4000 group from the University of Illinois does every year. B+ Pursuit for Purpose Program Manager Nico Dellaripa joined the group on a rainy day in Central Park to send the group off on their journey. The Illini 4000 group raises a lot of money and The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation is proud to be one of their beneficiaries. Safe travels and thank you!

Honoring Andrew at FC Delco Players Cup

For the past 18 years, Andrew’s travel soccer club, FC Delco, honors him on the U-14 Championship Division Cup. Over 900 teams come to Pennsylvania from all over the country and Canada to compete in many divisions and brackets. I had the privilege of presenting The Andrew McDonough Cup this year to CD Amigos from NY. CD Amigos went through the tournament without giving up one goal - quite impressive. Kudos also to the runners-up from the host club, FC Delco.

20th Annual B+ 5k - Wed. June 17th

It’s June now and definitely time to register for the 20th Annual B+ 5k Run/Walk. The event is held on Wed. June 17th at 6:45pm at Andrew’s alma mater, Salesianum School. It’s a really great community event with a lot of free food and friendly faces. Most importantly, it’s an opportunity to honor some of our local B+ Heroes and their siblings. Please register today.
