B+ School Events

All across the United States, college students, on-campus organizations, clubs, sports teams, residence halls, fraternities, and sororities are getting into the B+ spirit. These students organize, fundraise, advocate, and inspire as they raise funds and awareness for The B+ Foundation to help the 46 kids who are diagnosed with cancer each school day in the United States. We are the beneficiary of childhood cancer fundraisers and events nationwide – from New York University in NYC to Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, and everywhere in between! UDance, our dance marathon at the University of Delaware, is the 5th largest in the nation.

We partner with college and university students and faculty to create successful and sustainable childhood cancer fundraisers on campuses by leveraging our mutual strengths. With our proven success in fundraising and event marketing, our first-hand knowledge of children fighting cancer, and your local volunteer resources, we can help you create a fundraiser that everyone can be proud of— and help fight childhood cancer.

We strive to create partnerships and events that not only raise funds and awareness for the fight against childhood cancer but also add value, perspective, and fun to each college campus at which we have an event. Dance Marathon

For over 15 years, students at the University of Delaware have been celebrating their year-long fundraising efforts to fight against childhood cancer at UDance, their 12-hour dance marathon. Since its inception, UDance has raised over $14,000,000.
Spin-A-Thon

Students at The University of Alabama celebrate a year-long fundraising effort with their annual Spin-A-Thon, at which teams come together to keep stationary bikes spinning for 12 hours.
5K

NYU students hosted a 5K at Hudson River Park in NYC to kick off NYDM, their annual dance marathon.
Bubble Soccer Tournament

Students at Quinnipiac University host an annual Bubble Soccer Tournament, in which members from various Greek chapters compete in this fun and exciting game.
Pool Party

Beta Theta Pi at Clemson University hosts Beta Lei, their annual swim competition and pool party to celebrate a yearlong fundraising effort.
Stadium Climb

Oregon State University students host an annual Stadium Climb at Reser Stadium where members of their campus community come together to celebrate their fundraising efforts with an endurance climb up the steps of their football stadium!
Fun Run

Students at The University of Buffalo hosted a Fun Run, in which students took part in a series of field day activities and challenges throughout campus.
Boxing Tournament

Sigma Chi at the University of Texas hosts “Fight Night,” which is their annual boxing tournament in which members of their community box against each other in a real boxing ring.
Halloween Run

Students at Fordham University host a “Trick-or-Treat Trot” as a kick off to the annual dance marathon. Students come dressed in costume and run a 5K through campus.
Bake Sale

The B+ Junior Board hosts an annual bake sale at the Wilmington Flower Market. Their efforts have raised thousands of dollars over the years.
Coin Drive

Students from P.S. 206 in Manhattan raised over $650 selling Candy Grams and doing a penny war between the 4th grade classes.
Preschool Dance

The students at St. Phillip’s Episcopal Preschool in Texas are the epitome of kids helping kids fight cancer! This group of 3, 4 and 5 year olds raised over $7,488 for The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation at a school dance.
