Wed. Nov. 2nd — The B+ Foundation Visits the White House
Today, Ali and I had the great privilege of meeting with Vice President Joe Biden in the West Wing of the White House.

As you know, we have been blessed to be selected as the beneficiary of Northwestern University’s (NU) 2012 Dance Marathon.

I got a sad call the other day. Brandi, the Mom of 17 yr old Zavier, called me to thank us for the $600 check that she had just received that morning.

Katie Wilson and hundreds of students at Towson University organized a Fall Festival today that benefited The B+ Foundation today.
Thurs. Oct. 6th
Twenty one years ago today, my life was so changed for the better as I gained the best title in the world – “Dad”.
Sun. Oct. 2nd
On Monday, we held our “5th Annual B+ Foundation Golf Outing, Dinner, & Auction” at the DuPont Country Club in Wilmington, DE.
Sat. Sept. 24th
This was a very busy week in Washington, DC for the Childhood Cancer Community. On Wednesday, I attended the “46 Mommas Shave for the Brave” at Union Station.
Mon. Sept. 19th
I would like to thank Reservoir HS in Fulton, MD for not only inviting me down to speak, but also for holding a “B+ Bake Sale” to raise awareness and money for the battle against childhood cancers.

A year ago today, 14 yr old B+ Hero Noxah Palomo jumped out of an airplane to check an item off his “bucket list”.

My deepest gratitude for all of the kind comments and condolences expressed on Caringbridge and www.BePositive.org on the recent passing of my Mother.

The last two weeks have been a very trying time. At 1:47pm today, my son, Andrew, welcomed my Mom into Heaven.
Mon. Aug. 22nd
It’s a crazy, busy time at The B+ Foundation. Last Thursday, the New Candlelight Theatre (www.nctstage.org) hosted “B+ Night” at the theatre.
Sun. Aug. 7th
I wasn’t able to post a Journal Update last Friday as I was in Dallas presenting to the national convention of the Kappa Delta Rho (KDR) fraternity.
Tues. Aug. 2nd
We have had awesome “B+ Sightings” at neat places all over the world. As I mentioned in my last Journal Update, University of Chicago students Alex, Chris, and Parker climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro as a fundraiser for The B+ Foundation.
Wed. July 27th
While extremely hot, last Saturday was very exciting as we hosted “The B+ Foundation Heroes 200” Grand-Am car race at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ.
