Remembering Andrew

I'm sorry for being slow to write this, but I want to thank everyone for the kindness over the past 10 days or so. It's a bit of an emotional roller coaster having my wedding anniversary, birthday, and the anniversary of my son's passing all in the span of 5 days. July 14th is a brutally difficult day as we remember that horrible day in 2007 when we were forced to say goodbye to Andrew. Kids should not die and it hurts just as much today! Your notes/messages/texts/calls really do make a difference. Thank you.

Another thing that helps a lot is the love of my family. The picture below is my grandson at Andrew's bench.
